It is a simple yet respectful way of remembering the departed. 1.You will receive a welcome package containing: 1 sterile vial for the cremains, pre-labeled w/ unique identifier information 1 security label to seal the top of the vial 1 sterile tsp. scoop for handling cremains 1 prepaid, preaddressed label (certified US Mail) affixed to the return box 1 Proof of Purchase Certificate simple-to- follow instructions 2.Once we have received the returned welcome package from you: Each order is hand blown -- separate from other orders -- all precautions are taken to ensure that no orders are crossed at any time. Records of each order are kept within our database and accompany each order along the way. 3.Within 8 weeks of your initial order, you will receive your Memory Glass by certified US Mail Any unused cremains will be returned to you along with your order, in it's original vial, affixed with a new security label.
