CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
To ensure proper credit to your account please call 330-219-8628. You will need to verify the return order number and return shipping address. Do NOT make returns to the P.O. Box.
All returned items have a minimum %20 restocking and office management fee unless there is a manufacture or product defect.
Refunds will be for the purchase price less shipping and handling.
Returns must be made within (7) days of the date of receipt.
Returns must be made in the original packaging or shipping container with the original packing slip and in an unused state.
